The symposium proceedings will be published in the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series (ASPCS), as a volume to be edited by Alan Bridle, Jim Condon, and Gareth Hunt of the NRAO.

The deadline for receipt of manuscripts of invited talks and abstracts of posters for the proceedings is Friday, August 17, 2007.
