Sullivan's brief summary of topics: 1940+ interest in radio astronomy (but publications 1955+) and theoretical work on plasma oscillations and synchrotron emission in solar bursts, radio sources, and galactic background; early German solar radio astronomy observations, including claimed World War II monitoring of sun by Kiepenhauer and Wille (he will check).
