Sullivan's brief summary of topics: Theoretical physics background; work on radio propagation in plasmas; theory of solar corona 1946+; 1947 eclipse expedition to Brazil; ionospheric and interstellar scintillations; sychrontron theory for galactic background emission; origin of cosmic rays; Russian radio astronomy as a whole and acceptance in the West.
