Harry C. Minnett, 1917-2003. Interviewed 2 March and 6 March 1978 at CSIRO/Radiophysics in Sydney, length of interview: 125 minutes.

Sullivan's brief summary of topics: Wartime radar development in CSIRO/Radiophysics; transition to peacetime projects including solar noise; 1946-51 working at λ 1.3, 3.2, 10 and 25 cm on moon, sun, Milky Way, discrete sources, etc. (largely with Piddington); 1955-61 design and construction of Parkes dish; lab politics.

Sullivan's files include: Publications card, Sullivan's notes, transcription of Sullivan's interview (reviewed and edited by Sullivan), correspondence with Sullivan, archival material.
