Sullivan's brief summary of topics: December 1950 in the Stichting Radiostraling von Zon en Melweg as the chief (and only, until ~1960) engineer in Dutch radio astronomy; first H-line receiver, discovery of line, Kootwijk survey, improvements at Dwingeloo, multichannel receivers, paramps. WSRT planning and Benelux Cross troubles preceeding (not a direct participant in the latter); Technische Hogeschool Twente, lots on relationships of the men and the organization.
