  Sullivan's brief summary of topics: Visit with Jansky and ApJ paper in 1946(!), calculations in mid-1950s, maser on Naval Research Laboratory 50 foot, Institute for Defense Analyses head, MIT, Berkeley (H₂O and NH₃).

  Sullivan's brief summary of topics: 1944-47 calculations on galactic background as free-free and impressions (including of Jansky) then; 1955 work on "possible radio lines"; collaboration with Naval Research Laboratory on using 3-cm maser; general impressions of radio astronomy.
