Sullivan's brief summary of topics: 1920s radio experiments including 1925 ionospheric radar; comments on Jansky's work and non-radio astronomy stuff he did before and during the war; Wells' post-war radio astronomy at Department of Terrestrial Magnetism, then 21-cm H I work, Jupiter, etc.; comments on general development of radio astronomy and U.S. science.
