In performing the mission of NRAO, the office of Education and Public Outreach strives "to support the development of a society that is both scientifically and technically literate through educational programs and public outreach." We provide both formal and informal programs for teachers, students, and the general public at our sites in Green Bank, West Virginia, and in Socorro, New Mexico.
