We are building the world's most complex astronomical telescope in one of planet Earth's most brutal environments - on purpose. We now invite you to share our adventure.

Use this map to select a stop you wish to visit, from Chilean sights to behind-the-scenes peeks into ALMA construction and operations. At each stop, a video looks around and a host tells you more about what you're seeing. At several stops, you can watch a guided tour video with Dr. Adrian Russell, former North American ALMA Project Director, and his ALMA colleagues. Over time, we will add more stops on the tour as the ALMA Observatory continues to grow.
