Your abstract will be technically reviewed and we will let you know if it has been accepted or not in a timely fashion. We will also inform you if the abstract has been accepted for a poster or an oral presentation at the conference (please indicate with your submission if you have a preference). , which is the first day of the conference. There will be no exceptions.
If you do not meet this strict paper submission deadline, your abstract will be included in the final electronic proceedings. The proceedings for this conference will be available for electronic download shortly after the end of the conference- we are going ‘green’, no printed proceeding.
