PROCEEDINGS PAPER TEMPLATE

Each poster presenter will be allotted a 122cm by 122cm area for displaying their poster. Push/T-Pins will be provided. Posters can go up on Sunday, April 19, starting at 6:00 p.m. in Ballroom Salon C and should be up by the start of the poster session Monday evening. Posters need to removed by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22. Any posters remaining will be thrown away. The poster session will be on Monday, April 20, from 7-9pm. During this time, at least one of the authors of the paper should be with their poster.

Abstract submission is now closed. If you have submitted a paper, but have not received a reply with an abstract reference number, please contact isstt-2009-tpc@nrao.edu as soon as possible.

You must submit the abstract (due December 12th January 5) in “Microsoft Word” and in our specified format – please click on the following link for an abstract template. The final paper will be submitted as a “pdf” file. Your abstract will be technically reviewed and we will let you know if it has been accepted or not in a timely fashion. We will also inform you if the abstract has been accepted for a poster or an oral presentation at the conference (please indicate with your submission if you have a preference). Note, this year’s ISSTT conference will have a strict paper submission date of April 20th, which is the first day of the conference. There will be no exceptions. If you do not meet this strict paper submission deadline, your abstract will be included in the final electronic proceedings. The proceedings for this conference will be available for electronic download shortly after the end of the conference- we are going ‘green’, no printed proceeding.
