Registration is now open for waitlisted or late participants.

The early registration fee for the conference is $350 which includes attendance at the conference, break refreshments, lunches, NTC reception and tour, poster session reception, and the conference dinner. There is space for guests at the conference dinner ($50 per guest). Registration will increase to $450 on August 28.

Students may register at the reduced rate of $200, provided the student's advisor is referenced. Advisors will be contacted for verification.


Note: all prices referenced here are in US Dollars; the online registration does, however, allow payment in many other currencies, just click on the relevant flag in the upper right corner of 2Checkout after you proceed to the second stage of registration.

    • We cannot pass through the Guest information, so the number of guests at the Conference Dinner will need to be entered there again (sorry!).
    • This stage uses a secure (SSL, https) server for financial data.
  • Billing Address: must match what is on the credit card;
    Institutional or Corporate cards may not be in your personal name!
  • "Shipping" Address: This is your own address (i.e., the person who will actually attend the symposium).
