Sullivan's brief summary of topics: H2CO 6 cm line discovery on 140 foot and ensuing problems with the press and Physical Review Letters, also Buhl and Snyder's early H2O request and why Berkeley beat them; the reasons for the excellence of NRAO (through 1964), its mode of operation, status in US radio astronomy, handling of proposals, etc.
