Sullivan's brief summary of topics: Early radar meteor-trail work in late 1940s, 1950s NRL experiement on "the moon circuit" - using moon radar as a communication link, 200-ft hole in the ground paraboliod at Stump Neck, other aspects of Naval communication research, what went wrong with the 600 ft Sugar Grove dish.
