Karen O'Neil Dr. Karen O'Neil has been appointed as the new Assistant Director for Green Bank Operations. Dr. O'Neil leads the team responsible for all NRAO operations in West Virginia, including the operation and maintenance of the GBT and the expansion of its scientific capabilities.
