Solar Data Subunit
Description
The NRAO Archives has kept a representative sample of data formats from the Spectroheliograph, including punched paper tapes, punched cards, chart recordings, a 9-track tape, plots, and several forms of computer-generated maps. Stanford Daily Maps of Solar 9.1 cm Microwave Emission for June 1962-August 1973 are archived at the National Geophysical Data Center.
