Description

84-foot tracking antenna at Millstone Hill in Westford, Massachusetts, used by MIT scientists in radio astronomy experiment to detect and measure hydrogen-oxygen matter [OH, hydroxyl] in interstellar space. The major facilities used for this experiment were designed, built, and operated by the MIT Lincoln Laboratory for the US Air Force.
