VLA Site Work, 1991

Dick Sramek, Miller Goss, and Paul Vanden Bout inspecting a manhole under construction at the VLA site. The manholes housed the connection between the waveguide and the antennas. Some of the original concrete manholes were caving in and filling up with water and dirt, so were replaced with culvert style manholes.
