NRAO has three main sites in the US: Charlottesville, VA (headquarters); Socorro, NM (the Array Operations Center or AOC); and Green Bank, WV (site of the GBT). In addition, the Very Large Array (VLA) site is 50 miles west of Socorro, there are 10 VLBA antennas scattered throughout the United States, and the ALMA project in Chile (in collaboration with ESO and NAOJ). For purposes of searching, the VLA and AOC are treated as one site. Also, the algorithm will label phone numbers for the VLBA sites and individual's (work) cell phone numbers as "other".
